Works For Me Wednesday!

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
Bite-size, waffle-shaped pretzels
Hershey's Kisses (any flavor will do!)
M&M's candy

1. Heat the oven to 170º. Set a number of bite-size, waffle-shaped pretzels (one for each treat) in a single layer on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, then top each pretzel with an unwrapped Hershey's Kiss or Hershey's Hug.

2. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes (the white chocolate will melt more quickly), until the chocolates feel soft when touched with a wooden spoon. Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and quickly press an M&M's candy into the center of each Kiss.

3. Allow the treats to cool for a few minutes, then place them in the refrigerator to set, about 10 minutes. Place handfuls of the candies in clear plastic bags and tie on colorful ribbons.

These are so easy to make and even easier to eat! Enjoy!

I've made these before, but I used Rolos, which are probably my favorite candy. And topped with an M&M - yum. I love the salt-sweet combo.

These look awesome!

I made that for my daughter's school class 2 years ago. The only problem I had was that the chocolate kept falling off the pretzel after it dried. What did I do wrong? It still tasted great, though!

BTW, tag you're it!

Amy, these look sooo cute and are just perfect for Christmas! I love the way they look and I can hardly wait to make them for our Christmas Eve party, in which we celebrate with Dennis' side of the family!

You are just sooo very sweet and thoughtful! I am really happy to have met you too! Your comments are so uplifting that you almost have to peel me off the ceilings after I read them!

Have a great day! :)

I love to eat things that are sweet and salty (popcorn and M&M's anyone?), so I will definitely be trying these out. And they seem so easy to make. Thanks for sharing!
