Happy Monday Y'all!

I love meeting and talking to all my peeps in Blogville, but I spend so much time visiting I rarely post anything. I always feel the need to post something and I usually steal someone's meme so I can at least feel like I accomplished something for the day! LOL!! I saw this at Stacey's and I love knowing random tidbits about y'all so please leave me a comment and answer one or two of these questions. Oops, forgot to say please. Please!

This week marks the 100th post of the Randomness Meme. Here’s this week’s questions:

1. What’s your favorite ice cream flavor? Oh, how I do love me some ice cream! My favorite as of late has been chocolate with strawberries on top. Mmmmm, so good! And I've noticed that as I get older I am really enjoying the flavors I thought I would never eat like plain vanilla or maple pecan. Flavors like those remind me of my grandparents. Yikes! I am showing my age, aren't I?

2. What shampoo do you use? I've always been a cheapskate so my shampoo is whatever I have a coupon for. My latest is Sunsilk in the blue bottle. It's usually over $3 a bottle, but with my coupon and a sale I got it for around fifty cents! Sad, but true.

3. How do you like your eggs? With a side of bacon and some toast! Hehe! I love them all kinds of ways....over medium so the yolk is still runny and you can sop it up with your toast, or scrambled with salsa on it, or I love deviled eggs and could probably eat a dozen of them. No, I have never tried. The most I have ever eaten is three and that's only because deviled eggs don't last long around these parts.

4. What’s the first thing you do when you get online? Bring up my blog and start on my sidebar and visit all my friends to see if they are okay! Then I bring up my e-mail and see if I have any customers yellling at me and if I don't then I get on MSNBC and check out all the latest happenings.

5. What is your favorite tv show? It's hard to pick just one! I love my American Idol, Little People, Big World. Jon & Kate plus 8, and I love watching Diners, Drive In's and Dives on the Food Network. A little diner near us was featured on that show!

6. Which do you prefer, the sunrise or the sunset? Because I am not a morning person I have only seen a couple of sunrises. So I will say sunset and I prefer seeing them with my hubby.

7. When is the last time you went to the mall? It has been forever and a day since I've been to a tried and true mall. It's been at least two years since I've been to one. But now that I am getting better maybe I need to go and practice my walking....and shopping!

8. What was the last food that you ate? Well, I just ate my lunch that we brought from home. It was some lemon pepper chicken, carrots, mashed potatos and a few bites of lemon cake. And what's even better is my husband made it all!

9. What is your favorite animal? Duh. Do I even need to say? I have also really been enjoying polar bears and panda bears lately too. I've been seeing them a lot on television and they are just too funny to watch!

10. Do you collect anything? Do I ever. And some I don't even try, like dust bunnies! I collect Noah's Ark, dolls from when I was a kid such as Thumbelina and antique dolls, Christmas ornaments, and then I know this is a weird one, but I love socks. I'm always buying the cute ones with flowers or ladybugs or butterflies on them. Don't laugh. You already knew I wasn't quite right in the head!

Ooh, fun, so glad you did this meme! I had fun with it this week also, lots of good questions. We have a lot in common, but of course, we already knew that! I'm new to the whole Jon and Kate plus 8 show, but I really like it. I'm looking forward to catching up with a bunch of episodes tomorrow on their "mini-marathon" :)

Have a great day!!!

Hey . . . I really like this meme. I'll have to steal it sometime when I have no time for using my brain. Not that you didn't use your brain to answer the meme questions . . . that came out wrong!
Oh well . . . American Idol tonight. Sorry to say this to anyone who likes her, but I'm really hoping Kristy Lee Cook is going to exit the scene this week. I'm really not enjoying her. Mind you, I don't really enjoy David Archuleta (sp? I know I spelled that wrong) but all the girls out there really seem to dig him. His voice is really good . . . I just don't really enjoy his "performance". I'm not really sure who my favorite is . . . it kind of changes week by week.
I didn't know you liked polar bears too . . . no wonder we're such kindred souls.

The only show I've ever heard of from your list is AI. Where have I been?

Hey, Amy. I wanted to leave a comment back to you from the comment you left on my blog. Re: American Idol. YES, David Cook did an amazing job last week. I'm sure he'll be staying. I really liked Michael Johns last night too. However, I thought Ramiel wasn't too great, but Kristy Lee Cook was singing something right up her alley, so I don't think she'll be leaving. I'm going to say that the bottom three tonight will be Carly, Ramiel and Chikeze.
We'll see what happens.

I meant to say David Cook did an amazing job THIS week. What was I thinking?

Ooo, I love Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, too! I think they're supposed to feature some place here on there soon, or maybe they already have...I don't get to see the show every time it's on.

I'll have to do this meme soon, too!

My favorite ice cream used to be vanilla, but I've been partial to strawberry lately!

I like scrambled eggs with ham and cheese - or a ham and cheese omlet :)

I collect willow tree angels!

OK, you mentioned ice cream, my favorite, so of course I have to comment.
I love all kinds, and will usually doctor it up, whatever kind we have. Lately I've been getting fat-free chocolate ice cream with a fudge ribbon. Then I mix it with skim milk to make a shake, then mix in chocolate crumbs. The crumbs come from taking an Oreo ready-crust and just crumbling it up, which it does very easily.
I usually pick one kind for a while, because of freezer space, then switch when I get tired of it. My last favorite was Baskin Robbin's egg nog, and pumpkin pie. But they are only available through the Holidays. Also a biggie for me during the hoidays is Edie's peppermint stick.
