In Need Of Much Prayer

Dear Friends,

Last year on New Year's Eve we were putting my father in the hospital. He died on the eleventh. I spent this New Year's Eve putting my mother in the hospital. She has been bleeding and they are not sure why yet. She has lost a lot of blood and her hemoglobin is very, very low. I am frustrated because the doctor hasn't given her a blood transfusion because she is right on the border of doing it or not doing it. She is so weak. Please pray for her. Hopefully she will have a colonoscopy (spell?) tomorrow and maybe we will find out more.

The memories of dad just came flooding back and I pray I don't go through this again so soon. I'm sure I'm a little more stressed than normal and it will be okay.

Also, please be in pray for some of my family members on my husband's side. We spent Christmas all together and never knew what was in store. We received some devastating and shocking news a few days later. I won't go into details, but as of right now it seems hopeless because one person is not willing to change their ways.

It's going to take alot of prayer and some tough love. We know that God can do all things! But there is so much hurt and anger right now for those involved and rightfully so. I will be spending most of my time with my mom and my sister in law so please remember them in prayer.

I will try my best to check in from time to time, but understand I need to be with them.

Thank you all.

Father, I pray for Amy's mother right now. Please give the doctors wisdom, her mother and the rest of the family peace, patience, and wisdom through this situation. I thank you for having Amy up and moving so she can be available as she would like to be, and needs to be. I also ask you to give the family wisdom, courage, and understanding on how best to handle the other situation. Even though we don't know specifics, you do lord, and that is enough. in both of these situations, show yourself strong and be glorified.
In Christs name...amen.

Thinking of you all. Your not alone.

{{{{{Amy}}}}} I will continue to pray for the situation you and I talked about. How doubly heartbreaking that one of the people involved isn't willing to change.

And now your sweet mom... will be holding her and all of you close in prayer. If you feel like she's not getting the care she needs, don't be afraid to raise a little ruckus!

Take care of yourself, Amy...I know from the experience of being in a similar place where one situation is concerned, it's hard to support people if you let yourself get run down.

Another {{{{Amy}}}} for good measure.

oh Amy I wish I could give you a big hug! I'm sorry to hear of your mom's medical issues and that you were going through deja vu all over again with last year. Praying your mom got some answers with the tests and that she is doing better.

Also praying for your hubby's side of the family and what is going on with them; praying for peace and comfort during what sounds like a difficult time.
